Help with Stopping Smoking.

Despite having considerable success with this problem in the past, as of 2007 I no longer offer hypnotherapy for stopping smoking.
Instead, I advise anyone who is seriously committed to stopping smoking to contact the Easyway Organisation via their website www.allencarr.com.
This organisation, founded by the late Allen Carr, has specialised in helping people to quit smoking, building up their expertise over many years. They have a proven record of helping hundreds of thousands of people to quit smoking, at their clinics which are held all over the World. This is why I have decided to pass all stop-smoking work on to them, since they have specialised entirely in helping people with this problem. They hold clinics in Devon, which anyone seriously intent on stopping smoking will surely find the time to get to.

SELF-HELP SLOT. Smoking is a very "automatic" activity- even if you are a "hardened smoker", most of your smoking is still just a habit. If all of your thinking was deliberate and logical, you wouldn't smoke at all. So it will help if you can move the process of smoking from the "Automatic" part of your mind into the "Deliberate" part. You can begin to break the smoking habit without even cutting down on the number of cigarettes you smoke. Here's how. Firstly, change to a different brand- even if they are the same strength as your old brand. This will make you think more about what you're doing each time you buy cigarettes. Secondly, keep your cigarettes in a different place- such as your left pocket instead of your right pocket. Thirdly, if you're used to holding the cigarette in your right hand, switch to the left. Fourthly, stop smoking inside your house. Go outside into the garden, yard, balcony or hallway.
