GETTING THERE ON FOOT.

Mutley Plain is the continuation of North Hill, which heads north from the City Centre past the University. From Mutley Plain, heading toward the town centre, turn left at Pizza Hut, down Belgrave Road, this continues into Penlee Place, then Ashford Road. I am on the left, three doors before the Tap and Barrel pub. 

GETTING THERE BY CAR.

Belgrave Road is no entry, so heading into Plymouth down Mutley Plain you should turn left at the Three Cooks Bakery, down Lisson Grove. Follow Lisson Grove to where it curves to the left, then turn right opposite Evans fireplace shop, into Penlee Place. Ashford Road is the continuation of Penlee Place. I am on the left, three doors before the Tap and Barrel pub.
