It is actually better to phone than to email- this makes it easier for me to get a clear sense of whether I can help you, and also gives you a better sense of whether you would want to come and see me.

Whether you email or leave a phone message, remember to say when you are likely to be in to take my return call. If you do not want the people you live with to know that you have called me, then you had better use email or leave your mobile number. However, if you are under 18 you must have the written consent of your parent or guardian, and I would want them to be present with you during your treatment.
