How Does Hypnosis Work?

Our brains are constantly adapting and forming new connections throughout our lives. So there is no need for anyone to be permanently limited by old habits or past experiences.

Imagining an activity or experiences activates and exercises the same parts of the brain as when we’re actually doing the activity or having the experience.

Many problems are are created by “Parts” of us which are trying to protect us from things which threatened us in earlier life.

Hypnosis is not sleep (Although it can be as refreshing as ordinary sleep!) It is an altered state of consciousness in which we can change our ways of thinking, feeling and behaving much more rapidly that is usually possible.

Hypnosis has been researched by scientists and developed by skilled practitioners for more than 200 years. It is used by many doctors and other health professionals all over the world.
